Laas extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Koroneiki and Athinolia and small percentages of other uncommon varieties that grow in the Laconia region. A highly balanced olive oil, with a complex aromatic composition, medium spicy and bitter. Influenced by the presence in the area of crops such as oranges, aromatic plants, and wild herbs from the Parnonas and Taygetos mountains.
